“These arrangements of the “Попular Spanish Songs” were made by Josephine Foster & Victor Herrero, inspired by both the original harmonizations of Federico García Lorca as well as his 1931 recording with La Argentinita.
The English translations of the songs are courtesy of Sonifolk records, and proceed from their edition of the album “Federico García Lorca y La Argentinita – Canciones Попulares Españolas”. They appear here in a new adaption made by Josephine Foster and Victor Herrero.”
